Problem Note 58515: Evaluation or optimization of a promotion that fails might incorrectly not contain a hyperlink with error details in the Promotion Details view
In SAS® Promotion Optimization, a promotion that fails evaluation or optimization might incorrectly not contain a hyperlink with error details in the Promotion Details view. This issue might occur when the number of product-locations in the promotion exceeds the value specified for the MAX_INMEM_GPS global setting. Even though no error message details are displayed in the Promotion Details view, errors similar to the following are generated in the MerchIntelGridSvr.log:

The workaround for this issue is to view the MerchIntelGridSvr.log file to confirm the reason for the failure.
